Role Overview

As the Specialist, Cross Category EComm, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and performance of our digital storefront. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion who has a sharp eye for detail and is eager to learn how data and site experience work together to drive eCommerce success. You'll assist in curating on-site product experiences, monitor site performance, and analyze key metrics to help optimize how customers discover and shop our brand online.
Responsibilities

Site Merchandising
Assist in executing daily and weekly updates to the homepage, category landing pages, and product listing pages
Merchandise key product placements aligned with brand priorities, seasonal campaigns, and sales goals
Maintain accuracy in product categorization, tags, attributes, and visual presentation
Monitor inventory levels to adjust product placements based on availability and sales velocity
Partner with cross-functional teams (Buying, Marketing, Creative) to ensure accurate and timely content execution
Performance Metrics & Reporting
Track and analyze key site metrics (CTR, conversion, bounce rate, etc.) to identify opportunities for optimization
Generate and maintain weekly merchandising and performance reports
Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results to inform future merchandising strategies
Site Optimization
Help identify and troubleshoot any on-site errors, broken links, or customer experience issues
Monitor competitor sites for merchandising trends and UX opportunities
Support QA testing for new product launches, category updates, or seasonal refreshes
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus
Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
