Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Job Overview
Posted Social is seeking a talented Web Designer to join our in-office team in St. Louis. This role is built for a designer whose primary strength is web design — designing clean, effective, visually strong websites — with the range to also step into general graphic design projects as needed.

This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who wants ownership over a specialized lane of work while still being a flexible, collaborative part of a fast-moving creative team.

Applications submitted without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Design websites for clients across a variety of industries

Create layouts, visual systems, and UI design that translate clearly for development

Support the design team with graphic design work as needed — social content, digital ads, print and physical marketing assets

Translate strategy and messaging into clean, effective web and visual design

Collaborate closely with internal developers to ensure designs are built accurately and effectively

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines

Collaborate closely with the design team, social media team members, and company leadership

Maintain consistency and quality across all client deliverables

Stay current on web design trends and best practices

Experience & Requirements

3+ years of professional design experience, with meaningful web design work (agency or equivalent environment preferred)

A portfolio demonstrating: Web design work, General marketing and social design assets

Proficiency in relevant web design tools (e.g., Figma) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Prior experience handing designs off to developers is a plus
