Lead UI/UX Engineer

To support a global Fortune 500 client, the contract-to-hire Lead UI/UX Engineer will drive the design and development of enterprise web applications, focusing on UX design, front-end development, and technical leadership in a remote setting with a preference for candidates in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities

Lead UI/UX strategy and front-end architecture for enterprise applications
Convert complex workflows into intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready solutions
Build responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience building enterprise web applications
Strong Angular and TypeScript development experience
Experience with UX design, wireframing, and prototyping tools such as Figma
Background developing reusable component libraries and design systems
Experience integrating applications with REST APIs
