And finding the most talented and entrepreneurial people to join the Group has been and will continue to be key.DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking aProducer Relations Administrator**Role overview**DUAL North America is seeking an Producer Relations Administrator to support the Underwriting department.At DUAL, the Underwriting Operations team supports the underwriting function by streamlining workflows, managing data accuracy, and ensuring operational efficiency. The team plays a critical role in enabling underwriters to focus on risk evaluation while maintaining compliance and delivering timely service to clients and partners.As a Producer Relations Administrator, you will support onboarding and relationship management of brokers and agents. You’ll help maintain producer data, facilitate inquiries, and assist with licensing or compliance follow-ups.Role responsibilities* Administers compliance with Agency & Producer insurance license(s) in all states where Agency/Producer submit business to DUAL NA* Maintains Agency and Individual Producers licenses for E&O, P&C, Surplus Lines, Personal Lines where applicable* Reviews the information presented on new agency/producer applications for compliance with DUAL NA and state requirements* Coordinates all appointments/terminations/renewals of Agency and Individual Producer licenses for all states pertinent* Collaborates closely with Agency and Producers to resolve any licensing issues* Maintains active knowledge within all 50 states of requirements and compliance for Insurance P&C, Personal Lines, Surplus Lines, and Appointments* Provides excellent client service to Agencies and Producers as it relates to licensing/compliance while showing “ease of doing business” with DUAL NA* Maintains licensure database(s)* Collaborates with various internal divisions to include Corporate Compliance, Legal, IT and Division leaders* Creates and maintains high-level licensing compliance reporting on each agency/individual* Works monthly on advising and requesting Agency and Producers on upcoming licensure expiration dates* All other tasks as assigned**Key requirements*** Bachelor’s degree preferred* 0-3 years if experience in related field* Knowledge of insurance industry and/or related compliance* MGA/Insurance systems a plus (AIM, IMS, InsuranceNow)* Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills* Ability to understand and process mergers/acquisitions accurately while working closely with Agency* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)* Experience in Salesforce preferred* Ability to follow policies and procedures* Self-motivated with strong attention to detail* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, with occasional movement in the office to access cabinets and equipment.* If you do not meet all the qualifications for this role, we still encourage you to apply, as we are always looking for diverse talent to join our growing team**What we offer:** A career that you define.
