Marketing Manager (DTC)

Our client, a global fashion company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in their New York City office to help support the DTC business! Lead the planning and execution of integrated direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support growth across global channels. Key accountabilities include managing the launches of seasonal campaigns across DTC channels, strategizing and executing seasonal brand messaging, campaigns, and new product launches across DTC channels, with a focus on e-commerce, building key commercial moments and product storytelling across DTC channels that drive conversion, acting as the liaison between the Marketing/Brand team and the E-commerce/Retail team, connecting on all brand activities and business/product opportunities, updating marketing calendars for events and holidays (including campaigns, product launches, and any other relevant brand happenings), serving as the cross-functional lead across Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Creative, Media, Production, and Retail to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and product launches, creating and managing the consumer experience calendar and e-commerce roadmap, partnering with E-commerce, Retail, and the Creative Studio to build the seasonal content roadmap based on brand and business objectives, outlining and continuously updating the seasonal calendar to track progress for upcoming launches, helping project manage copywriting and email marketing to align with seasonal messaging and retail product stories, developing consumer-first storytelling strategies that educate, inspire, and drive conversion across e-commerce touchpoints, analyzing campaign performance and e-commerce KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization, managing the needs of retail editorial assets each season, partnering with Creative and Production teams to develop content strategies, seasonal shot lists, creative briefs, and asset requirements that support retail and marketing needs, developing shoot briefs for the Production team around key product stories and the customer journey, partnering on omni-channel strategy for brand collaborations, partnerships, and special projects, identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic brand partnerships, collaborations, and experiential initiatives that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and brand relevance, and developing post-launch recaps and executive presentations highlighting business impact and key learnings.
Qualifications include a four-year BS/BA college degree, 35+ years of previous fashion, retail, events, marketing, or media experience. Experience in e-commerce marketing is a huge plus. Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, detail-oriented and highly organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solver who thinks strategically and meets deadlines, ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Photoshop and image/video file management.
