Duration: August 17 – September 25, 2025
Years of Experience: 6+ years of professional video editing experience with proven experience in large scale events, keynote presentations or product storytelling.
About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, experienced Editor to cut pre-produced video segments for a high-profile technology keynote and support short-form social content surrounding the event. Your work will span product demos, narrative films, sizzle reels, and thumb-stopping social pieces — all produced to the highest standard for stage, broadcast, and social.
The ideal candidate can do two things well: punchy, trend-driven social content and clear tech-forward storytelling. You live on the internet, know what's trending, and can nail quick cuts just as easily as smooth, high-end edits. Bonus if you're into tech and comfortable using AI tools.
You'll collaborate closely with producers, keynote designers, motion designers, and creative leads through multiple review cycles, while also partnering with Comms to strategically produce content that supports C-level executive announcements across social channels. This role demands someone who is technically excellent, editorially sharp, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-stakes creative environment.

Execute color correction and color grading to ensure visual polish and consistency across all segments
Deliver final exports in required formats and specs , fully QA'd and ready for show (stage, LED, broadcast, and livestream)
Social & Communications Content
Design, edit, and assemble short-form social content — creating quality, thumb-stopping pieces optimized for social platforms
Partner with Creative and Comms teams on strategically producing content for social channels tied to the keynote
Work cross-functionally across product communications teams, creative teams, and other stakeholders to build and execute content plans supporting C-level executive announcements
On-Site Support
Support on-site editorial and motion needs in the two weeks leading up to the keynote, including real-time adjustments during rehearsals and show days

Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedback gracefully
Experience working in the tech industry or on tech-focused creative productions
