143 Studios, LLC is seeking a Lead of Video to own the creative vision and technical execution of long-form video content for The Mel Robbins Podcast and studio projects. This role blends hands-on editing mastery with high-level creative direction and people management.
You will lead post-production workflows, manage editing tools and remote-access systems, and collaborate across marketing, production, and leadership to deliver bold, on-brand videos on schedule.
