YouTube Editor: Long-Form & Shorts Producer (Onsite)

NAB Leadership Foundation is seeking a dedicated freelance YouTube editor in Santa Monica, CA. The role requires approximately 40 hours per week and may necessitate weekend work during key tournaments. You will lead YouTube editing, create podcast cutdowns, and partner cross-functionally to enhance content strategy.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in YouTube content creation, a solid grasp of the YouTube algorithm, and is proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
