Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Pay Range:

$35.03 - $40.36 hourly depending on education and experience.
Position Goal:

HACAP is an organization that families turn to in Eastern Iowa. We are seeking a

Regional County Director

to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for representing HACAP in the community and leading operations in the southern region of our service area. The Regional County Director will coordinate services across the region and work with county teams to ensure neighbors receive the resources and support they need to improve their stability and well-being.

Qualifications & Conditions of Employment:

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Services, Communications, or a related field with two years of relevant experience
OR

Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
Conditions of Employment

Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance.
Reliable transportationfor use on the job.
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
