Global Brand Design Leader

3M is seeking a Brand Design Principal to lead brand design strategy and governance for one of their iconic brands. This pivotal role focuses on creating emotional connections through brand design, ensuring consistency across various touchpoints such as packaging and digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in brand design leadership and budget management, mentoring design teams and translating consumer insights into actionable strategies. Located at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, this role requires on-site work at least four days a week.
