Playworks is seeking a Development Director to lead the regional fundraising strategy and donor cultivation across Northern California, based in the Bay Area with in-person site visits and Oakland/San Francisco offices. Direct reporting to the Executive Director.
You will manage a portfolio of major donors and foundations, drive six- and seven-figure gifts, and oversee external relations to elevate Playworks’ brand and mission.
