Remote Senior Partner Marketing Operations Leader

Zoom is seeking an experienced marketing operations leader to define and execute the operational strategy for our partner marketing initiatives. You will build scalable partner programs, implement AI-driven automation, and partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Product to drive revenue and measurable outcomes across the partner ecosystem.
You will own dashboard development, reporting, and data models, standardize workflows, and optimize MDF and payments.
