Senior Audio-Visual Specialist

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Senior Audio Visual Specialist to join a leading DC law firm. This role will provide A/V support to attorneys, clients, staff, and for internal and external meetings, events, and conferences. The Specialist will work closely with the IT solution and service teams to continuously adapt to the ever changing needs of the Firm. This is a great opportunity for an AV professional with at least 5 years of experience to take on a more visible role!

Responsibilities Include:
• Provide A/V support to attorneys, clients, and staff
• Deliver end to end A/V support for meetings, events, and conferences
• Monitor and support the meetings and conferences, making sure the setups and equipment operate successfully
• Stay up to date on A/V trends, new software, to keep the Firm up to date

Qualifications Include:
• 5+ years of experience supporting A/V systems and platforms and video conferencing in professional services environments
• Law firm experience strongly preferred
• Experience with AV solutions, devices and conferencing applications such as Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
• Experience with configuring and supporting Lenovo, Cisco, and other A/V devices
• Expert at Extron control systems such as Crestron XIO and Fusion RV
• Professional communication

Compensation:
• $88,000 - $110,000 annually

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
