Director of Market Access & Payer Strategy

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Director of Market Access Strategy and Payer Marketing to lead U.S. pricing, reimbursement, and payer marketing for inline and pipeline products.
You will partner with Brand, Medical Affairs, HEOR/RWE, and Commercial teams to ensure optimal patient access and value realization. You will shape pricing, contracting, and access strategies, create payer-facing resources, and guide evidence generation across the product lifecycle.
