Product-Driven Engagement Lead

Protonai in Cambridge, MA is hiring an Engagement Manager to own how we show up inside distribution businesses—scoping work, designing the solution, and running engagements from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
You'll partner with customers and forward-deployed engineers to define new use cases, integrations, and sometimes new products. You won’t write code, but you’ll shape the product with real-world insights and drive value at the executive level.
