Channel Ops Director - Wholesale, Bulk & Retail Growth

Lola Blankets is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to own the operational infrastructure powering wholesale, bulk/corporate gifting, and retail channels. This player-coach role requires a self-directed operator to professionalize our wholesale foundation and partner with our commercial leadership.
The position reports to the Head of Operations and supports hybrid work in New York or Utah, with remote options in Austin or Los Angeles.
