Marketing Lead Graphic Design

Marketing Lead Graphic Design role in Nashville, TN onsite, focused on turning concepts into digital and print assets, strengthening brand identity, and supporting multi-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities

Create and curate digital assets aligned with sales priorities across multiple channels, including compelling social media content and imagery.
Produce and polish print marketing materials, such as proposals, training documents, and client-facing collateral, that clearly convey our story and brand.
Design branded collateral for events and client interactions to elevate presence and engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint, preserving visual and messaging integrity.
Monitor trends and gather feedback on competitive proposals; analyze findings to identify growth opportunities and recommend marketing strategy adjustments.
Drive brand awareness through social media campaigns by defining goals, timelines and execution plans for maximum impact.
Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
Experience with interactive content platforms like Ceros is a plus, but not required.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, balancing long-term initiatives with short-term priorities while meeting deadlines.
Excellent collaboration and a team-oriented mindset for developing creative ideas and solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred, along with at least three years of marketing experience.
