Woodinville, WA; Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Troy, MI; New York (Midtown Manhattan), NY; Indianapolis, IN

Position requires a schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote each week; relocation or proximity to one of these offices is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue/gross margin targets.

Enhance Customer Partnership Health Scores to deliver and exceed customer experience goals.

Support budgeting, P&L, and DC goals through intimate knowledge of account activities and business functions.

Lead and motivate a diverse team of Directors to drive performance excellence and exceed sales goals.

Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors to foster their professional growth and development.

Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.

Articulate and communicate the company’s vision, goals, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.

Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision‑making and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $200,000 to $250,000. Compensation will be based on factors including geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Pay equity and internal equity considerations influence offers. This is one component of total compensation, which includes robust PTO; vacation, paid volunteer day, holidays, and summer Fridays; benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs, and professional development opportunities. Certain revenue‑generating positions may qualify for incentive compensation.
