Randstad USA is seeking a Site Manager for Randstad Inhouse Service to support high-volume staffing at a client site. You will build relationships with client HR, screen and interview candidates, and manage the on-site workforce as an extension of the client’s HR function.
You will develop workforce plans, execute recruiting strategies, and ensure compliance with employment laws while delivering effective staffing solutions and superior client service.
