Overview

We are hiring a

Managing Director of Water Transfer Field Operations

to lead all water transfer activities within a designated region or key operator account. This high-impact leadership role includes managing day-to-day operations, overseeing personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving safety and performance standards. The Managing Director will play a critical role in customer communication, project planning, and supporting the Company’s financial goals. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is expected to travel frequently to job sites across the region.
Responsibilities

Lead all water transfer activities within a designated region or key operator account.
Manage day-to-day operations and supervise personnel involved in water transfer projects.
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safety and performance standards.
Coordinate customer communication, project planning, and alignment with the Company’s financial goals.
Travel frequently to job sites across the region as required.
