Marketing Operations Project Coordinator

This is a 100% onsite position.
Pay: $31-$34/hour. W2 only.
Duration: 1 year to start. Extensions based on client need and performance.
Overview:
Seeking a Project Coordinator with a marketing or commercial operations background who has experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, and supporting physician education, KOL engagement, or strategic marketing programs within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Top Requirements Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years’ of experience supporting marketing, communications, and/or commercial projects is required.
Experience managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risks needed.
Experience partnering with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Clinical, and external stakeholders to coordinate programs, communications, and strategic initiatives sought.
Healthcare / Medical Device Industry Experience - Exposure to medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or physician-facing organizations required.
Experience supporting KOL programs, physician education, conferences, advisory boards, or commercial marketing initiatives is highly preferred.
