Senior Manager West Region Internal Communications

Job Description
Responsible for developing all internal communications deliverables and staff including communications directed to physicians, board members, executive leadership, and all employees. Manages the system intranet site. Develops and drives the intranet strategy to support system strategic objectives. Functions as executive editor and content developer for key internal publications and communications vehicles. Creates strategies and plans to enhance communications to employees. Educates employees about the power of the intranet and how to use it to drive employee engagement and to drive success for system initiatives.

Job Requirements

10+ years experience required

2+ years supervisory experience required

Applicable experience: 10‑14 years

Bachelor's degree
