Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you’re the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you.
The Role
Farther's advisors are growing fast, and marketing is one of the biggest levers we have to help them grow faster. As an Advisor Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the strategy behind how our advisors build their brands and their books — moving beyond executing requests to setting the direction for how we market at scale.
This is a senior individual-contributor role today with a clear path to building and leading a team as we grow. You'll partner directly with advisors and leadership, shape our playbooks, and raise the bar for what \"good\" marketing looks like across the firm.
Your Impact
Own the advisor marketing strategy, partnering directly with advisors to sharpen their personal brand and business development efforts
Build repeatable marketing programs and playbooks (social calendars, campaign templates, event frameworks) that scale across a growing advisor base
Set the editorial and content strategy across digital channels, ensuring every piece of copy sounds like Farther and lands with our audience
Lead planning and execution of flagship events, from strategy through logistics through follow-up
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to double down on what works
Manage relationships with agency and freelance partners, plus our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Webflow, and beyond)
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members today, with the opportunity to formally build and lead a team as the function scales
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, and Design to bring integrated campaigns to life
The Ideal Match
5-7+ years of marketing experience, ideally including time in financial services, wealth management, or a marketing agency
A track record of building marketing programs from scratch, not just executing against an existing playbook
Experience mentoring or informally leading others, with genuine interest in growing into a people manager
Sharp copywriter who can turn complex financial concepts into clear, compelling content
Comfortable measuring and reporting on marketing performance and using it to inform strategy
Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple advisor stakeholders and priorities without dropping the ball
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for design and a meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Word, Excel, CRMs, and PowerPoint required; HubSpot and Webflow experience strongly preferred
Bonus Points
Direct experience marketing to financial advisors or within the RIA / wealth management space
Familiarity with compliance considerations that come with marketing in a regulated industry

Form CC-305 Page 1 of 1 OMB Control Number 1250-0005 Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
