Senior Talent Scout: High-Volume Recruiting

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a high-volume sales recruiter to drive full life cycle recruiting, from requisitions to presenting candidates to hiring leaders. This role will manage postings, ATS records, and candidate flow across the organization.
You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, document recruiting metrics, and execute annual recruitment plans within budget. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
