Seasonal Media Operations Coordinator (REHIRES)

Summary/Objective:
The Seasonal Media Operations Coordinator is responsible for all incoming calls from the VTN phone during games and shoots. The communication between the Stadium Media Wrangler and the Remote Media Operations Coordinator will be the record of operations for every game and shoot with concerns to media management, as well as other relevant NFL Films departments.
Responsibilities:
Field all calls from VTN phones during games and assigned shoots
Record and relay all messages to the relevant NFL Films departments
Confirm check in for all Stadium Media Wranglers on game day
Validate all camera assignments prior to start of game, as well as gather and distribute all other relevant game-day information to appropriate departments
Input all shoot information into NFL Films database
Confirm stadium access for Wranglers
Update and maintain OneNote
Verify all media cards are transferred over the VTN
Troubleshoot with Wranglers as needed
Release Stadium Media Wranglers once all media is confirmed received
Confirm how gear and camera original cards are returning to Films, including requesting labels from shipping department as needed
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional role
Preferred Education and Experience:
Preferred experience in a professional, postproduction role
Preferred experience in the media industry
