Mills Entertainment is seeking a full-time Talent Buyer to identify touring opportunities, structure and negotiate offers, and build relationships with agents and managers. You will influence what gets made and where tours play, collaborating with internal teams to bring opportunities to market.
We value candidates with 5-8 years in live entertainment, proven deal-making instincts, and a strong network with industry decision makers.
