RockStep Capital is seeking a hands-on YouTube Producer & Channel Growth Manager to lead The Shopping Center Channel from Houston. The role blends production, scripting, and channel strategy to deliver compelling content that informs investors and retail real estate audiences.
You will own from concept to publishing, testing topics, titles, and thumbnails, while using analytics to improve performance and grow subscribers. Office-based with occasional travel to RockStep properties.
