Community Manager: Lead Teams, Grow NOI & Occupancy

Havenpark Communities seeks an on-site Community Manager to lead a team, drive occupancy and NOI, and oversee resident relations. You will own the home sales experience from prospecting to close, coordinate with revenue, collections, and marketing teams, and ensure show-ready homes.
You will manage vendor relations, capital projects, and community maintenance while upholding Havenpark's values of Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness.
