Zoom is seeking a dynamic Onboarding Manager to deliver world-class onboarding experiences that accelerate customer time-to-value across Meetings, Webinars, Rooms and AI. This role leads kickoff calls, coordinates deployments with IT, and guides customers through Day 1 to Day 100 adoption.
You will develop scalable onboarding playbooks, create self-service resources, and run group onboarding webinars for SMB and mid-market clients. Success will be measured by time-to-value and CSAT scores.
