Bella Baby Photography is seeking a Market Lead to drive day-to-day success of photographers, ensure operational consistency, and maintain strong hospital relationships in the local market. You will partner with the Regional Manager to align with Bella Baby's standards and core values.
You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and communication to keep hospitals well-covered and photographers supported, informed, and connected, while fostering a culture of growth and service.
