Artist Management Intern

is seeking a highly motivated individual to intern in person at our office in Encino for the fall semester, 2026. This role offers flexible scheduling (hybrid possible), hands-on learning, the opportunity to grow within the company, the chance to work with legendary artists, and much more.

Tasks Include:
Adding shows to Songkick, Bandsintown, and Seated
Creating/sending artist e-blasts via Squarespace + Bandsintown blasts
Updating/maintaining artist email lists
Archiving media and other files for music clients
Uploading content to YouTube
Assisting with tour marketing & communicating with concert promoters
Maintaining artist touring spreadsheets & Google calendars
& more miscellaneous tasks as needs arise.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience posting to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
Basic Photoshop knowledge (or Canva) + video editing
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door in the music industry. This role is for college credit (unpaid).
