San Jacinto College seeks a Manager, Intelligent Communication Systems to oversee UCaaS/CCaaS technologies and the college’s contact center. You will lead a team of analysts, drive AI-driven CX initiatives, and coordinate with vendors to deliver reliable voice and chatbot capabilities.
