Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a strategic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own CRM across 400+ clinics nationwide. You will design end-to-end journeys, run experiments, and drive bookings, engagement, and lifetime value through email and SMS campaigns.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Clinic Operations, and Sales, build segmentation strategies, and lead a team of lifecycle marketers while staying ahead of industry trends and AI-enabled martech innovations.
