Responsibilities

Create visually engaging concepts for cross-channel campaigns spanning broadcast, streaming, digital, social, and brand programs.

Turn creative strategy into cohesive visual narratives, mood boards, style frames, and scalable design systems.

Collaborate with writers, producers, editors, and designers to shepherd ideas from pitch through final execution.

Assist the Executive Creative Director in defining and sustaining the brand expression and visual standards for both franchises.

Produce high-impact assets including key art, promo graphics, digital and social layouts, typography systems, thumbnails, decks, and animation briefs.

Execute hands‑on design work using Adobe Creative Cloud and Cinema 4D to realize concepts.

Direct static and motion designers with clear visual direction, templates, and design toolkits.

Ensure all art aligns with franchise identity, tone, and platform requirements.

Coordinate with Marketing, Social & Digital, and Production to align creative across touchpoints.

Partner with show‑side teams and internal stakeholders to integrate episodic elements, contestant imagery, set visuals, and talent photography into marketing materials.

Provide creative support for franchise initiatives, partnership campaigns, special episodes, and development projects.

Maintain brand consistency across assets, preserving visual integrity and quality across formats.

Assist in developing and documenting brand guidelines, toolkits, and asset libraries.

Champion innovative approaches that modernise visuals while honouring franchise legacy.

Offer direction, feedback, and inspiration to designers and junior staff.

Support the Executive Creative Director in shaping workflows, reviewing work, and ensuring deliverables meet conceptual and technical standards.

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance within the creative team.

Requirements

6-8+ years of experience in creative marketing, design, or art direction within entertainment, broadcast, streaming, or digital media

Strong portfolio showing campaign development, visual storytelling, brand design, and multi-platform creation

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and experience guiding motion workflows

Solid understanding of Cinema 4D with solid grasp of 3D systems and compositing

Strong conceptual thinker able to translate ideas into polished, on‑brand visual systems

Experience developing creative for iconic brands, entertainment IP, or character‑driven storytelling is highly preferred

Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to articulate ideas to cross‑functional partners

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at balancing multiple creative projects simultaneously
