Customer Experience Specialist — In-Person Columbus

PROOF Wallets is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Columbus team. This in-person role Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, starts at $22+ per hour and offers PTO and paid holidays as part of a full-time package.
You will deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, assist customers with orders, personalization, gifting, and product questions, and coordinate with Shipping and Production to ensure every customer experience is outstanding.
