Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing communication plans, including messaging, cadence, audience segmentation, and timing.

Create and manage creative briefs for various customer-facing marketing assets.

Coordinate the creative review and approval process using project management tools.

Execute retail activations, including event logistics and vendor coordination.

Track campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to support future marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and retail promotions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
