Photo & Video Production Specialist (Sales-Driven Visuals)

Compass Group’s Creative Studio is seeking a Photo & Video Production Specialist based in Charlotte, NC. You’ll collaborate with the sales team, operate cameras and lighting, and support shoots and live productions while ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
You will manage pre- and post-production, organize assets, and deliver compelling content across presentations, websites, and social media to support sales campaigns. Travel 1–2 shoots per month may be required.
