People-First HR Lead: Talent, Onboarding & Engagement

Rural King is seeking a Human Resources Lead to support store-level HR operations and foster a positive associate experience. You will partner with store leadership on recruiting, onboarding, HR compliance, training, benefits, performance management, and engagement.
You will play a key role in shaping a People First workplace culture, handling HR processes, and serving as a resource for associates and leaders across the organization while upholding confidentiality and standards.
