Responsibilities
Lead visual direction and creative development for mission-focused campaigns and digital products.
Translate concepts, messages, and audience needs into compelling digital and print-ready visuals.
Partner with writers, strategists, and multimedia teams to produce integrated content packages.
Help ensure visual products meet accessibility, usability, and quality expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category.
Lead level openings (15+ years) for the assigned PWS task area.
Provides subject matter expertise, operational execution, and measurable performance reporting aligned to task objectives.
Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.
Work Setting
This role supports work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria area is expected, with on-site presence as required by the customer.
