Wander in Austin, TX is seeking a hands‑on Onboarding Operations Specialist to own the onboarding pipeline from contract signing to first booking. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Sales, Site Builders, CSMs and Engineering.
You’ll drive accounts from closed‑won to live pre‑booking in 14 days, triage blockers daily, and coordinate builds and status with the team, maintaining warm customer communication.
