Job Description: Senior Account Executive, Creator Marketing

Do you have a passion for the creator economy and helping brands build authentic connections with audiences? Are you excited by developing creator partnerships that blend creativity, strategy and measurable business impact? As a Senior Account Executive, Creator Marketing at Zeno, you will support integrated creator marketing programs for leading consumer, corporate and B2B brands. Working closely with clients, creators and cross-functional teams, you will help develop creator strategies, manage partnerships and execute campaigns that drive engagement, brand relevance and business results. This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to manage day-to-day creator programs, mentor junior team members and contribute to innovative campaigns across the evolving creator landscape.

About the Role

  • Creator Strategy & Partnership Management: Support the development and execution of creator marketing strategies by identifying, evaluating and managing creator partnerships that align with client objectives, audiences and campaign goals.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Lead day-to-day execution of creator campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, creator communications and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Creator Relationships & Content Development: Build strong relationships with creators and talent representatives while providing guidance on creative execution, messaging, content development and campaign best practices.
  • Measurement & Performance Insights: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and develop reporting that translates creator program outcomes into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Integrated Communications: Partner with social, paid media, creative, analytics and account teams to develop integrated campaigns that connect creator content with broader communications and marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration & Professional Growth: Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.

About You

3+ years of experience in public relations, communications, integrated marketing or a related field within an agency or similar environment. At least 1 year of experience supporting creator marketing or influencer marketing programs. Experience identifying, evaluating and managing creator partnerships across paid, earned and hybrid campaigns. Strong understanding of the creator economy and major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels. Experience coordinating creator campaigns from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables and relationship management. Experience supporting creator agreements, contract negotiations or campaign logistics. Strong understanding of FTC disclosure guidelines and creator marketing best practices. Experience measuring creator campaign performance, including engagement metrics, benchmarking and reporting. Familiarity with paid amplification and creator whitelisting strategies. Strong organizational, communication and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset with a passion for storytelling, innovation and helping brands build meaningful creator partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across paid, earned, owned and social channels.
  • Experience working with leading consumer brands.
  • Experience supporting B2B creator marketing programs.
  • Experience with creator marketing platforms, social listening tools or campaign measurement solutions.
  • Additional experience in social media strategy, paid media or content development.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD/yr. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
