Shaner Hotels is hiring a dynamic Director of Sales for the brand-new AC Hotel by Marriott Cleveland Brecksville, a 136-room property opening Spring 2027 in Valor Acres. Lead sales strategies, build key accounts, and drive revenue as the hotel opens in a vibrant mixed-use development.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality sales, strong leadership and relationship skills, and a willingness to work weekends. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
