Staff Product Manager, Communications Data & AI

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Communications Intelligence to own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for data, reporting, and intelligence across the Communications & Contact Center portfolio.
You will build a cohesive data foundation, define metrics, and drive delivery through cross-team collaboration, with hands-on prototyping using tools like Figma Make or Claude Design to validate concepts with stakeholders.
