Junior Land Survey Analyst AutoCAD Civil 3D

Kimley-Horn is seeking an entry level Survey Analyst to join our Lake Nona, Florida office to support our project managers in survey design related tasks. This role focuses on creating subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, and related exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Responsibilities include researching boundary documents, performing boundary analysis, using field data to create surveys, and preparing legal descriptions for rights of way and easements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
