Summary of Position
This position is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing strategies designed to optimize the financial performance of assigned radiopharmaceutical products in North America, including a radiopharmaceutical generator. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, interacting with supply chain, logistics, sales and other marketing personnel to develop demand forecasts, managing product supply and allocation decisions, developing effective communications for internal and external customers, and identifying opportunities to optimize product line performance. This position frequently interacts with the sales and customer service teams. In addition, this position manages the development and administration of customer education programs and collaborates to support initiatives across the product portfolio.

Essential Functions

Provide primary input in the development, implementation and management of marketing plans for assigned products, including marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, customer segmentation, competitive assessments and SWOT analyses

Develop, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, advertising and promotion plans as needed to meet objectives

Communicate marketing strategies and tactical plans to the sales organization

Provide timely updates on business performance to plan, and collaborate with supply chain, logistics, operations, sales and other marketing personnel to develop demand and sales forecasts

Manage product supply and allocation as needed, including internal and external communications

Manage and lead the development of customer education programs and other value-add programs

Identify opportunities for growth in product performance and support product development efforts for new products

Develop annual product/brand plans and partner with sales and commercial operations to track performance

Manage A&P budgets and agency partners to maximize impact, efficiency and ROI; ensure disciplined project management and timely delivery

Collaborate with regulatory, legal, compliance and medical to ensure accurate, balanced and compliant promotional materials

Represent the brands/products at key industry association meetings; manage sponsorships, exhibits and messaging as appropriate

Stay informed about industry developments and trends

Maintain operational compliance with applicable regulatory agencies and guidelines (e.g., FDA, NRC, cGMP, USP, Health Canada, etc.) for all North America activities

Prepare various reports and presentations as needed

Provide temporary coverage in the absence of other Marketing team members

Provide expertise to assist with special projects

Complete other administrative and office management duties in a timely manner

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Five or more years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, sales, business operations, or another related commercial function

Experience working in a regulated industry required; pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, medical device, or other life sciences experience preferred

Knowledge and understanding of the nuclear medicine industry strongly preferred

Experience supporting demand forecasting, production planning, product allocation, supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, or distribution preferred

Experience working in a just-in-time manufacturing or supply-constrained product environment preferred

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to organize and interpret commercial, operational, and financial data and translate findings into business recommendations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Strong financial and business acumen, including budget management and performance analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across functions

Strong problem-solving, project management, time management, and prioritization skills

Willingness to travel domestically approximately 10% to 15%

Working Conditions

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Standard office environment, remote work acceptable with frequent trips to the St. Louis office (approximately one week per month)

Willingness to work in a team-based environment

Must be able to work outside of regular work hours as business needs require, including weekend on call coverage (as needed to manage product supply changes)
