We are seeking a highly creative and mission-driven full-time Graphic Designer to develop, support, and implement the organization’s creative vision through the production of high quality print and digital materials. This role supports internal programs with effective visuals, maintains brand standards, and collaborates across departments to enhance communication and engagement. This role is ideal for a collaborative designer who enjoys working in a small, highly engaged Marketing and Communications team. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute positively to a fast-paced environment is essential. Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Graphic Designer works in close collaboration with the Communications & Marketing team who provide support in managing project workflow, prioritizing requests, and delivering creative solutions across the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES Design Conceive and design print and digital collateral for programs and events across the agency
Conceive and design fundraising and donor communications
Develop and maintain lobby slides at centers across the agency
Design dedicated slideshows for special events and initiatives
Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines through the department’s project management system to ensure timely delivery of design materials
Respond to evolving organizational priorities and make timely revisions based on stakeholder feedback
Ensure optimal contrast and legibility on all collateral
Build navigation and wayfinding design to improve the member experience at centers across the agency
Ensure collateral is accessible to all community members by incorporating accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Brand Management Oversee, implement, and help evolve the agency’s visual brand across all centers while ensuring consistency and integrity
Help develop branding for new programs, initiatives, and events
Design and maintain branded templates that are accessible and easy for colleagues across the agency to use
Provide correct logos for partners and ensure all logos are presented in a manner that respects their brand guidelines
Design agendas, schedules, and other informational materials for internal and external audiences across the organization
Serve as point person for brand related questions across the agency
Assist with the organization and maintenance of creative assets, photo libraries, and supporting marketing tools
Collaboration and Project Management Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Team as well as other colleagues across the agency to share resources, best practices, and successful creative approaches
Prioritize design tasks and deadlines across multiple projects and initiatives
Supervise summer design intern (when applicable)
QUALIFICATIONS BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field.required
2–4 years of experience in print and web design, preferably in nonprofit or campaign settings required
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Knowledge of pre press, printing processes, digital media, photo editing, and video editing
Ability to thoughtfully incorporate feedback from diverse stakeholders into designs
Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience using with Asana or a similar project management tool
Experience working with WordPress or similar platform (HTML knowledge is a plus)
Experience using emerging design technologies and AI-assisted creative tools
