About the Role
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form video.

You probably

have posted 100+ TikToks or Reels

scroll the FYP for fun

understand why a video hits

constantly think "that would make a good video"

Your job is simple: Make great content for Bustem. Minimum 1 video per day.

The winners become ads.

Main Job Responsibilities
Create short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Own the full stack

scripting (hooks, story, punchlines)

filming (fast, clean, high volume)

editing (captions, pacing, pattern interrupts)

testing formats and iterating

No committees. No slow approval processes.

Just make content and ship.

Ideal Candidate

obsessed with filming and creating

fast and independent

comfortable experimenting and testing ideas

deeply familiar with creator culture and social trends

Bonus if you’ve built your own creator account or following.

Compensation and Benefits

$70,000 — $80,000 salary
