MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in growth, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
Measurement-driven with the ability to use benchmarks and performance metrics to track progress, while maintaining focus on business impact.
Strong communications skills and ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and prioritize in an environment with multiple demands.
ABOUT THE JOB:

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and execute the global Gemini CRM strategy and support the related Martech roadmap to enable user delight across multiple touchpoints.
Maintain and manage data structures across systems to ensure smooth orchestration operations, trigger-based automations, and one-off communications.
Utilize CRM analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and communicate results and insights to team leads and partner teams.
Partner with our Product, Design, Brand and Creative teams to ensure all touchpoints are on-brand and impactful.
Prioritize, test, and launch experiments and campaigns across a user's lifecycle, from acquisition, onboarding and activation, to feature adoption, churn prevention, and resurrection.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
