Lead Climb Photo Producer & Editor

Patagonia seeks a Producer & Photo Editor to lead photography production and visual storytelling across Mountain Sports, focusing on climbing. You will collaborate with photographers, athletes, and cross-functional partners to create imagery that reflects the sport's culture and Patagonia's visual identity.
As a hybrid photo producer/editor, you’ll manage shoots from concept to delivery, mentor talent, oversee color and asset delivery, and ensure campaigns meet brand standards.
