Community Lutheran Church in Sterling, VA is seeking a Director of Music Ministry to lead and enrich worship through choral and instrumental music. This full-time role collaborates with the Pastor(s) and staff to plan liturgy, select repertoire, and develop the church’s musical expressions.
The Director will oversee choirs and ensembles, coordinate educational offerings, and expand music ministries for the congregation and community throughout the year.
